Endre Rice is a 20-year member and featured soloist with the Legendary Count Basie Orchestra. He is also the Director of Jazz Studies at Claflin University in Orangeburg, SC. As a freelance artist and a member of the Count Basie Orchestra, Endre has performed in over 40 countries, including numerous performances at Carnegie Hall, The Sydney Opera House, and the Hollywood Bowl. For the past 25 years, he also devoted his time to promoting jazz education by conducting clinics and master classes throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.
