Tony Carlucci

I have played numerous horns over my 40 years of being a professional and choosing the XO Trumpet was an easy choice! The horn has a great tuning consistency from bottom to top. The new lightweight is very easy to play and has an incredible upper register ring to it. Also, the craftsmanship is of the highest standard. This horn practically plays itself.

Tony started his musical career immediately after his father introduced him to the trumpet at the age of 9. By the age of 11, he was playing in weekend bands and studying under Canada’s premier trumpet teacher, Dr. Don Johnson. At the age of 18, he entered Humber College to study music full time and graduated with honors. After college, he quickly became an integral part of the studio and TV Scene in Toronto as one of the top Trumpet calls.
