Graduated from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2003, where he studied under Professor Luo Guangxin, a renowned trombone educator. In the same year, he joined the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra as principal trombone, brass section leader, and deputy band captain. In 2013, he earned a Master's degree in Arts Management from the Shanghai Theatre Academy. In 2014, he was admitted to the Shanghai Band College at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music to pursue a master's degree, studying under Mr. Joseph Alessi, principal trombone of the New York Philharmonic and professor at The Juilliard School, and Professor Hao Jie of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. In 2016, he received his Master's degree in trombone performance from the Shanghai Band College at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. In 2024, he founded the Shanghai Dandelion Symphony Band and serves as its director.
