Biography

Trumpet Virtuoso, holding a Ph.D. in Trumpet Performance from the Central Conservatory of Music, currently serves as the Principal Trumpet of the Central Opera House Symphony Orchestra and a Master's Supervisor in Trumpet at the Tianjin Conservatory of Music. He is the winner of the Wind Music Gold Bell Award at the 15th Chinese Music Golden Bell Awards and was honored as a "Huanghe Scholar" by the Wuhan Conservatory of Music in 2023. He has also garnered top prizes in numerous prestigious domestic and international competitions, such as the Jeju International Trumpet Competition in South Korea and the Jinbao International Trumpet Competition.

As an active trumpet virtuoso in China, he has frequently collaborated with renowned orchestras including the China Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Centre for the Performing Arts Orchestra, the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra, the Macao Symphony Orchestra, and the Beijing Symphony Orchestra. With his exceptional skills and profound artistry, he demonstrates remarkable artistic charm and stands out as one of the most notable emerging trumpet virtuosos in recent years.
