The XO line is the superior union of a dark, even tessitura with free-blowing playability. The XO horns are also the most in-tune (with consistent timbre) regardless of valve position that I have ever played! XO horns truly sing and capture brilliant variations in articulation. Simply put, the XO line trumpets and Flugelhorns enable musicians to transcend all their previous performances.
